Sgraffito, BSUIR, building No. 1

The sgraffito in the hall of the Belarus Radio Technical University is an excellent example of the first monumental works: clear laconic lines, a subject that meets the tasks of the time - young scientists, one of the first computers and cosmonauts conquering new spaces. There was also a place for a quote by Vladimir Lenin from the article ‘Less is better’ (Pravda No. 49, 4 March 1923): ‘It is necessary that science should really become flesh and blood. Turned into a basic element in a complete and real way’.
