Former college canteen
Future artist students often came to the Naroch, Svir and Braslav lakes, as well as to Komarovo. One of the favorite places for plein air was the old park in Komarovo, next to which was the school. As a result, the director of the agricultural school Eduard Voitekhovich suggested that the artists Yuri Khilko and Yuri Podolin decorate the school's dining room. The young artists decided to make cast stained glass windows, choosing themes and legends of the Naroch region as the subjects. The stained glass windows were cast at the Neman glass factory in Berezovka, at that time the factory operated a training base for glassblowers. The artists worked together with the masters. The subject of the first stained glass window is associated with youth and nature, the second stained glass window depicts everything that the earth generously shares. The third stained glass window is dedicated to fish, since the Naroch region is lakes, and the lake sorceress from Lake Naroch always helps fishermen. The fourth stained glass window is associated with autumn and the animal world.
