A mosaic with happy newlyweds and parents decorates the Palace of Civil Rites. The groom is wearing an embroidered shirt, the bride is in a light airy dress, and the newlywed couple is the centrepiece of the composition. On the left and right are a man with a first-grade girl and a woman with a child in her arms - a projection of a future happy life. Behind the backs of people under the blue sky a big world is unfolding. At the bottom of the mosaic, fern branches intertwine. The artists included in the mosaic an element of Soviet advertising - the emblem of the State Insurance Service
