Mosaic at the Gomel Regional Centre for Inclusive Culture
The Palace of Culture Vipra (hereinafter referred to as the Centre of Inclusive Culture) was opened in 1979. The Palace was built by the employees of the enterprise ‘Vipra’ (an NGO of the Belarusian Society of the Deaf), and people with disabilities still work here. The facade depicts flying muses in Belarusian national costumes - creativity and inspiration are available for everyone, the main thing is aspiration and desire.
The muses are several times larger than the human figure in the centre - another image of Vitruvian man. So human abilities and potential are several times bigger than one can imagine.
