Canteen of the TermoPlast plant
The panel ‘August’ is in the dining room of Termoplast factory, artist Viktor Semashko, technique of underglaze painting. This means that the drawing was applied before the second firing and the artist has no right to make a mistake.August and September are the time of apples, and this time, at least as they joke in Belarus, should be somehow survived. The panel depicts happy and calm people picking apples: beautiful young girls, a teenage boy - the artist depicted his own son, a couple of parents. The branches of the apple trees are like a green ornament in which people, flowers and birds are woven.
